So I hear you’re going to be Cedar Shoals new principal starting next semester. Congratulations on your new job. I hope you do well and enjoy your time here. It’s a great community to be around; all the teachers and students are great. Let me give you a few pointers that should help make your job easier though because they are hard to please.
The school could use a rule makeover which should include rules that give students the right to use their cell phones in class as long as they are on vibrate, if they choose to use their phones and miss out on information given out by the teacher its all their faults and no other person should be blamed. Another rule new rule to make would be getting rid of all the random hall sweeps. It’s not fair to the people who get late to class because of an actual reason instead of just choosing to “chill” in the hall.
Seniors should be allowed to leave campus during their lunch time if they choose to do so but cannot bring food into the building. There should be more fun activities such as planning out more pep rallies, talent shows, video game tournaments, class field trips, etc. School lunches could be better prepared and there should be more choices rather than having the same thing every week.
Cedar Shoals will be a great school if all of these rules and regulations were to be applied. The four years I’ve attended this school there has been two different principals. I think that with the advice given you will be the best principal this school has ever seen and will be sure to keep your job. Enjoy yourself and make sure to keep the students happy.

nice i realy liked your introduction and srtucture that this essay has. you have very good writing skills, you must have friends to help you out with your work. but other then that i really like how you focused on diffrent aspects of the responsibilities that principals have.

ReplyDeleteYeah this is a good essay for the new principal to use to become a better principal then all the others. If the freshmens are in good hands knowing that the principal will work hard for them then there is a really good chance for them to succeed in life.
